August bank holiday weekend is when we would have normally seen the Annual Jigsaw festival take place at St. Martins Church in Brighouse, but this years event was cancelled due to the Coronovirus pandemic.

Since the festival started, £83,000 has been raised to help support good causes, including Yorkshire Children’s Trust, so the cancellation has been a massive blow to the finances of some very local and small charities.

Around 1,000 jigsaws had been assembled ready for the festival by over 50 volunteers, so not to let a challenge get in their way, the organisers have made this years festival digitial! The new online shop is now live at http://jigsaws.brighouse.org.uk

The new online store is a safe way to buy puzzles to suit all tastes, from children’s puzzles and scenic puzzles, to doubles sized and wasgij and many more!

Yorkshire Children’s Trust would like to thank St. Martins Church, the many volunteers and the official sponsor, Gibson Games who have made the change from a traditional festival to online store possible.

Please remember to visit http://jigsaws.brighouse.org.uk as every sale will help to support local charities who need your help more than ever this year.
