Despite being a small charity, we support some of the most needy families in the region. We support the emotional and financial needs of children will illnesses and disabilities. Financial support takes the form of hospital grants for children in hospital and help with expensive, but essential medical equipment such as wheelchair ramps, specialist car seats etc. In some cases our support can mean the difference to a child staying in hospital or being able to go home.
Our emotional needs are covered with respite breaks for not just the child, but its siblings and parents too at our brand new holiday home at Butlins in Skegness as well as a range of counselling and play therapies at our counselling suite in Halifax town centre.
