At Yorkshire Children’s Trust we would like to pass on our sincere congratulations on the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla over the weekend, our founder Simon Widdop is a proud supporter of the royal family and had the honour of meeting HM Queen Elisabeth at Windsor Castle a few years ago.

As part of The Big Help Out our volunteer management team of Trustees continue to offer support to some of the most needy and vulnerable children across the Yorkshire region, something we cannot do without the help and support of the general public and great local businesses. Over the last few days we have received some lovely private donations as well as two special mentions, one to Patsons in Bradford who are long term supporters of YCT and donated £100 to support our ongoing work and also to Dechra Pharmaceuticals in Skipton, who following a nomination from a team member donated a fabulous £500 to the charity.

Every donation, no matter how big or small makes a MASSIVE difference, and 100% of each and every donation is used to support local children through our themes of support. Thank you to supporters old and new and if you would like to make a donation, please visit our website, http://www.yctrust.uk
