With all the news about the virus at the moment, it is great to be able to share some positive and happy news with our website visitors today.
For the last three years, Dewsbury West Scouts have taken their Santa sleigh around Dewsbury and the local area collecting donations for Yorkshire Children’s Trust. I am pleased to confirm that we have just received a cheque for an amazing £750.00!
Thank you to all the Scouts for again choosing to support us, and spending some very cold evenings collecting for such a great cause. As a small charity we are very pleased to confirm that every penny of this donation will be used to support children all over the Yorkshire region.
Just a quick reminder, that Yorkshire Children’s Trust doesn’t receive any Lottery, NHS or central Government funding, so every donation make a real difference to the lives of so many children and their families.
