Freedom Day Updates for Service Users
If you are visiting us for a counselling session from next week we have some important information to share in relation to ‘freedom day’.
Face Masks – Although we cannot force the use of a face covering, we strongly recommend that parents and the child being supported still wear a face covering to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Track and Trace – We will still be displaying the track and trace QR code and still ask that you scan into the building on your arrival. This is in addition to signing the visitors book (which is for fire safety).
Hand Gel Station – We still insist that all of our visitors gel their hands on arrival to our premises. This is for the safety of both yourself and our team members. We will be keeping this permanently.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep both you and our team members safe going forward.
Respite Break Updates
We are currently working with Butlins to see how our respite breaks will be affected going forward. In peak season we hope to be able to offer more facilities to our service users, but of course in off peak respite breaks, the main Butlins resort remains closed to us as Butlins holds private adult-only weekend breaks. We will update our respite break page once we have the full details. Please make sure you regularly check our website and social media channels for the latest updates.
