Thank you to our amazing team our move to our new premises is now complete and we are ready to welcome you from Monday morning. It’s been a crazy few weeks and we need to thank so many people for making it possible!
⭐️ Adam, the flatpack king who has spent countless hours building up flatpack desks, units and chairs.
⭐️ Sarah and Dawn for their organisation of the chaos, making sure everything is in its place ready for opening.
⭐️ James from AT Graphics who has fitted outdoor signage and amazing internal graphics to the counselling rooms.
⭐️ Kevin and his team from Collins Transport who helped move things from our old premises to our new premises.
⭐️ Graham and the team at LockSharp who made our exit doors fire safe exits and updated our internal locks.
⭐️ Aalto Fire for the new Fire Alarm to make our building safe and compliant.
⭐️ DH Telecom for installing all the network cabling.
⭐️ Simon for his vision and project management skills to get everything done on time, especially when the phone switchboard was being stubborn and needed resetting and completing setting up again to get it up and running!
We now how two amazing counselling rooms. One set up towards younger children for play therapies and one relaxing zone perfect for older children and teenagers for CBT and person centred counselling.
We now also have an interactive digital board so we can incorporate more specialist techniques to help promote positive mental health in local children.
Our initial block of six sessions are totally free of charge and we will be introducing our sensory room in early December when it is completed by the fantastic team from SpaceKraft.
