After a successful number of years raising over £7,000 for various national and local charities, the Smoothwall team aren’t stopping there!

To support their ongoing commitments to making a positive impact within the Yorkshire region and to supporting children, they’re delighted to be partnering with the Yorkshire Children’s Trust.

The charity, founded in 2011 by two sets of parents after their daughters were diagnosed with Leukaemia, provides help to children and their families coping with the emotional and financial strain of many life-changing illnesses. Relying 100% on donations, Yorkshire Children’s Trust fundraises to purchase medical equipment, treatments and therapies, home modifications and short-breaks to make the lives of local children better and reduce the impact on families.

Throughout this year, Smoothwall will be hosting a number of fundraising events including cake sales, sporting activities and quizzes in order to raise as much money as we can. Smoothwall are also excited to support the charity’s clothing bank scheme.

Claire Daniels, Head of Marketing and Channel at Smoothwall commented: “After the success of last year’s fundraising activities for Leeds Children’s Charity, we’re delighted to team up with another worthwhile cause! It’s a great opportunity to make a difference in the local area and we’re all excited to get stuck in and beat last year’s efforts!”
