We would like to pass our heartfelt thanks on to the entire team at local, Halifax based YES Energy Solutions. Over the last 12 months they’ve had Yorkshire Children’s Trust as their charity of the year and raised a fabulous £1355.24 to help support local families through our various themes of support.
The team took part in a climbing wall personal challenge as well as in-office fundraising and even took part in our Christmas giving appeal to help deliver presents to children in hospital over the Christmas period. As recycling is a big part of our joint ethos, the team even donated clothing to the charity to be reused instead of going to landfill.
Just like all donations, any funds raised for Yorkshire Children’s Trust through ‘charity of the year’ will be used in full to support local children and their families as we cover our core costs with our green recycling initiatives.
